How do I report a system or website issue?

If you encounter a technical issue with OPAC, Wi-Fi, or any online system:

1. Take note of the error message or issue.




2. Message us via Chat with the details.

3. You can also inform the librarian in person.

Include important details such as:

• The time the issue occurred

• The device or browser used

• A brief description of the problem

Our technical staff will look into it as soon as possible.
